How We Work  

Glasgow Marketing Agency have a 3-stage process that we like to run through with every prospective client, prior to engagement. All information discussed remains private and confidential.

1. Discovery

With you (owner/authority) we’ll arrange a short (usually 15min) call to talk over your business, your aspirations and your frustrations. During this discovery phase we’ll listen to you, ask some questions of you and elicit what’s working, what isn’t and what’s yet to be tried. 

Follow up calls or emails may be necessary but we’ll try to keep your time commitment to a minimum. Our aim is to establish a clear picture of what you’re trying to accomplish and where you currently stand. 

2. Digital Analysis

With your objectives and aspirations now clear, we’ll dive into how your existing online footprint fares against your objectives. There will be things you do well, things you could do better and perhaps new things for you to consider. 

We will do a competitive analysis on how you compare against 2 nominated competitors and report our findings back. Even if we decide not to work together, this is valuable data for your business. By the end of this phase we will know if your aims and ambitions are pragmatic or pie-in-the-sky.

We will deliver value. We’ll explain what we can achieve within time and budget, and you will decide whether we move forward.

3. Proposal

OK, if we’re here we’ve both decided to deliver. Our proposal is detailed, unique to you, and populated with KPIs designed to ensure momentum is built and maintained. The proposal is a combination of what you want, what your budget will allow and what we know you need.
